FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction field, in particular, to machines of horizontal drilling for trenchless pipeline placement and their repair. Horizontal drilling plant includes guiding device, feed-out, drilling bit with a oscillator of circular vibrations connected with a casing pipe by a compensating device and made as a pipe section, cylindrical frame set on the pipe section by means of rolling elements, cutting blades fixed on the coal face flat end of the cylindrical frame and vertical segmental baffle with a dump list for earth removal. Oscillator of circular vibrations is rigidly fixed by draughts inside the cylindrical frame coaxial to its axis, whereat draughts are set at an angle to the axis of the cylindrical frame, increasing external friction angle of the developed soil.

EFFECT: increased performance of pipeline placement in hard soils.
