FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes concurrent displacement of the pipe along and relatively to its axis, the pipe is displaced relatively to its axis in first series of alternate, opposite by angle rotary motions within limits of first previously selected angular rotation range, which is limited, and first previously angular range includes at least one full turn of rotation for 360 degrees. Device for realizing the method has means for displacing the pipe along and relatively to its axis, including rotation drive connected to controlling block. Packer for compacting the pipe which performs alternating, opposite by angle rotary motions, has means for rigid connection to flexible supply of fluid environment, packer and flexible supply are made with possibility of rotation together with the pipe. EFFECT: higher boring productiveness, reliable connection of flexible supply of fluid environment to boring pipe, possible boring of slanting wells. 3 cl, 10 dwg
