FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: set includes a shanked base having a slot for fixing element. Length of the shank equals 0.5-0.7L, where L is the length of the base. The base has four edges, forming cavities for placing of the cloth and arranging of closing element. Internal walls of the central edges are bent towards each other. Closing element is made as a working surface accommodating fixed on its internal side catch. The catch is made in the form of two separating at an angle shelves off - set against the center of the working surface and it may be fixed in the central cavity. The set contains also cloth fixing means.
EFFECT: shortening of the duration of assembly and gain in performance.
