FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: method is designed for controlling asynchronous motors operation in ventilation and suction plants serving several consumers. Method includes fixing of gate valves position on exhauster and air conduit taps, motor operation monitoring on air conduits by the position of gate valves. In addition process parameters of motor are monitored by the exhausting gage in electric filter and by dust gage installed on the air conduit at the electric filter outlet and by dust gages installed near dust accumulation places based on the number of air conduits taps. Suction plant motor is started up only in cases when gate valves are closed. Opening of gate valve is controlled depending on the number of open gate valves in air conduit taps and dust amount in air conduit at the electric filter outlet. Gate valve motor operation in suction plant is controlled by the values of the accumulating motor control operation signal based on the number of air conduit taps and by exhaust gage readings in electric filter. Gate valve motor operation in air conduit taps is controlled by both the readings of dust gages installed in the places of maximum dust accumulation in air conduit taps, and by the signal coming from gate valve motor startup circuit contact in air conduit taps or by magnetic actuator auxiliary contact of the plant motor causing dust formation. Motor operation control signals in air conduit taps are summed. Increasing voltage converters switching on or off based on the number of electric filter fields are monitored by the accumulating signal of motor operation control in air conduit taps based on the number of open gate valves in air conduit taps and operating suction plant motor parameters.
