FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: automatic control system for the combustion process of a boiler for burning solid fuel in a fluidized bed consists of a programmable controller with controllers for regulators installed on the boiler itself with sensors and actuators. Boiler has actuators with variable frequency drives, to which cables are connected: a gas analyzer, fluidized bed temperature sensors, temperature and pressure of water at the inlet and outlet of the boiler, the actuators are installed to regulate the fuel supply, regulate the gates of the incoming air mixture with channels for adjusting the primary, secondary, blast, vacuum, removal of slag and ash with control and safety sensors, variable frequency drives installed on the fan, smoke exhauster, fuel feeder, movable slag and ash grate, while the boiler unit is equipped with a flue gas recirculation control channel, on which the flue gas recirculation regulator is installed, connected to a fluidized bed temperature sensor, an executive mechanism for flue gas recirculation regulation, control and safety sensors on the primary blast line and recirculation.
EFFECT: increasing the level of automation of the automatic control system of the combustion process in the boiler and improving the efficiency of control of the combustion process in transient and stationary modes.
