FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to the field of electric energy conversion. Secondary power supply unit comprises connected in series comparing device, rectangular pulses generator, switching element the first terminal of which is connected via connected in series primary windings of the fist and the second transformers with the first terminal of power supply unit, the second terminal of which is connected with the second output of switching element, reference voltage source. The first secondary winding of the first transformer is connected to load, the first end of the second secondary winding of the first transformer is connected with the first terminal of condenser, the second terminal of which is connected via connected in series stabilitron and diode to the second end of the second secondary winding of the first transformer. Output of reference voltage source is connected with the first terminal of the first resistor the second terminal of which is connected with the first terminal of the second resistor and the first end of the secondary winding of the second transformer the second end of which is connected with the second terminal of the second resistor and input of comparing device. First or second terminals of the first resistor and condenser are interconnected. Comparing device is made as n complementary pairs connected in series with even or uneven n-value. Each pair contains n- and p-channel MOS-transistors with mutually merged gates serving as inputs and merged drains serving as outputs, and their sources are connected to power supply unit. At the same time output of the last of n complementary pairs of MOS-transistors is connected with input of rectangular pulses generator, and input of the first MOS-transistor complementary pair serves as input of comparing device. Reference voltage source is made as additional MOS-transistor complementary pair merged gates of which are connected via the third resistor with power supply unit and via at least one diode - with merged drains of additional complementary pair. At the same time first or second terminals of the first resistor and condenser are interconnected directly or via the fourth resistor to simplify output voltage regulation.
EFFECT: secondary power supply unit reliability improvement due to the fact that its active elements are made as integrated circuit and increase in output voltage temperature stability.
