FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention comprises a current sensor, a comparator, a square-pulse generator, a switching element, a transformer having one primary and two secondary windings, a diode, a stabilitron and a capacitor. The switching element is based on a MOS transistor which is connected in parallel to the current sensor in form of a MOS transistor and a third resistor.
EFFECT: high reliability and smaller dimensions of the secondary power supply.
