SUBSTANCE: invention concerns communication technics, namely to expedients of cyclic sync of blocks of the information at synchronous expedients of transmission in a gamut of the fixed velocities of operation and self-acting operation of the receiver of telecode equipment without prestress installation of value of velocity of operation in a communication channel. At use of the receiver of the telecode information without prestress installation of velocity carry out parallel processing of signals of the code information sequences arriving from a communication channel with any velocity from a working range of the fixed velocities, N of devices of phase correction and recording (DPCR); after processing signals from everyone DPCR submit on inlets N of corresponding devices of cyclic sync (DCS) which parallelly carry out the analysis of input sequence with the subsequent record of signals of code information sequences in N operative storage devices (RAM). Thus on a signal of the cyclic sync, generated DCS, corresponding to velocity of signalling in a communication channel, information code sequence of signals at reading from corresponding to it DCS the RAM and a signal "an information Sign" from the corresponding block of guidance are switched by a mode "Record-reading" to an inlet of the decoder of the receiver of telecode equipment.

EFFECT: maintenance self-acting cyclic sync of blocks of the information for any velocity of signalling from the range of the fixed velocities of operation and self-acting operation of the receiver of telecode equipment without prestress installation of value of velocity of operation in a communication channel.
