FIELD: electric communication technique.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for transmitting discrete information and can be used in systems for noise-immune information protection. Disclosed is a hard and soft decision decoding device for a two-stage concatenated code and modulation of the C1-PL interface type, which contains a code frame synchronization circuit, an error vector generation circuit, unit of two-input modulo two adders for generating soft solutions, ROM containing modulated sums of phasing and numbering sequences, two-input modulo two adder, RAM, unit of BCH biopulse code demodulators, a unit of BCH code decoders, a unit of BCH code modulators, a circuit for determining BCH code words with the least weight, a PC code decoder controller.
EFFECT: high reliability of receiving information in channels with a high level of interference.
