SUBSTANCE: fan heater consists of cover, fan, heater and electrostatic water spray device. The electrostatic water spray device comprises the cover and discharges the sprayed water. The electrostatic water spray device includes: lead electrode and opposite electrode situated in front of the lead electrode, cooling element that cools the lead electrode for moisture generation from ambient air in the area of the lead electrode; and high-voltage area creating high tension between the specified lead electrode and the opposite electrode to spray water generated in the area of the lead electrode. The fan heater may discharge ionic fog with particles of nanometer size without water inflow.
EFFECT: compact construction, convenient for user during storage and use, provision of humidification, increase of volume and shine of hair.
