FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrostatic spraying of fluid by natural discharge and may be used for deodorisation and disinfection. Electrostatic sprayer comprises thermoelectric element, condensation element and electrode. Thermoelectric element has heat absorption and radiation sides. Condensation element is arranged to cover said heat absorption side. Electrode receives electric power from base end opposite the condensation element. Said electrode sprays moisture condensed on condensation element cooled by heat absorption by thermoelectric element into mist with radicals by natural discharge from electrode end face. Electric vacuum cleaner comprises housing with dust collector and electrically driven blower. Electrostatic sprayer is arranged in said housing to form sprayed moisture to act on dust in dust collector.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, expanded applications.
