SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cleaning and disinfection of building ventilation systems, as well as building ventilation systems. The method is characterized by the fact that the ventilation grilles in the ventilated rooms of the building are hermetically closed and the means of destruction is supplied into the air channel of the system under pressure through its lower opening. As a means, a stream of hot rising air moving under pressure from bottom to top is used, with which the air channel, parts of the ventilation system and pathogenic microorganisms contained in the air channel are heated up to the decomposition temperature of microorganisms. The disintegration of microorganisms is carried out by drying with hot air and the pressure of the air flow rising from the bottom up. The process of disintegration of microorganisms and particles is carried out until the transformation of the decay product into a safe volatile mixture, which is removed from the air channel by a stream of hot air under pressure from below and suction of the mixture from above. The ventilation system of the building contains an air duct with an air intake and an air outlet, with which a fan for suction of air from the air duct is communicated, ventilation windows of the duct closed by gratings, communicated with the ventilated rooms of the building. The system is equipped with a blower of hot air under pressure into the air channel with closed ventilation grids communicated with the air intake lower opening of the channel, and the system is also equipped with a heat chamber connected with the outlet of the fan for receiving decay products of microorganisms.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a simplification of the method for the destruction of pathogenic microorganisms and particles associated with them and an increase in the reliability of their destruction.
