FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: helical rolling mill working stand contains drums, in every of which hollow shaft is installed at the angle to drum axis on radial bearings, and this shaft bears on its one end cantilevered working roller fixed by means traction rod passed through hollow shaft with nut on the end of traction rod opposite to roller for roller fixation. Roller is additionally connected to the end of hollow shaft by means of key. Combined radial-end seal is installed between radial bearing and roller in drum. Traction for roller fixation is arranged with hammer head, and on the end opposite to roller traction rod is equipped with thrust bearing with elastic element, ends of which interact with thrust bearing and step installed inside hollow shaft.
EFFECT: reliable fixing of roller and higher reliability of helical rolling mill working stand.
