FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: working mill stand of helical rolling contains stand, in broaches of which there are installed drums. On stand there are mounted drum swing-out mechanism and roll setting mechanism. In drums broaches there are installed driving and operating shafts, in which there are mounted driving and driven miter gears. On each operating shaft it is installed working roller. Drum case is implemented detachable made of two parts. Detaching is implemented in plane, specified by axis of riving and driven miter gears, axis of which are shifted relative to drum axis. Both parts of drum are connected to each other by cover allowing chamber for free exhaust of oil, providing reliable lubrication of toothed. Cover is located on-the-mitre 45° to longitudinal axis of drum case. Drive of working shaft of working roll is implemented through miter gear, fixed on this shaft and meshed with miter gear, mounted on driveshaft, connected through spindle to electrical drive.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability and output feasibility of mill ensured by capable increasing of diametre of gears and bearing assemblies roller driver, feasibility of increasing of rolling moments.
