FIELD: transport; shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: method concludes in unification of assembly and zonal blocks in qualitatively new assembly unit - monozonal block with further installment of it into partitioned after hydraulic tests compartment reactivation of the latter including placement of general submarine ballast, coupling, welding of hull with leak-tightness check and erection work on mounting monozonal block on low-frequency attenuator. General submarine ballast is made as rigid passive metal mass. Compartment is filled with technical appliances, cables are pulled-in, pipelines of transit lines are laid, and monozonal block is installed by gears on low-frequency attenuator with its support damping elements located under support surface of above-mentioned mass on support plate of bilge base connected by location bracketry. Submarine contains strength hull, monozonal block of steam turbine plant with vibro-active units, and condenser intake water cooling system. Monozonal block is subdivided into two modules: monozonal module of main turbine plant with circulation route of main condensers and monozonal module of autonomous turbine generators with their own condenser cooling system. Said modules are placed in adjacent compartments and general submarine ballast is placed in modules.
EFFECT: labour content is decreased in process of submarine construction and stealth of movement is improved due to mounting of ballast in new assembly unit.
