SUBSTANCE: device contains autothermal reactor for catalytical reforming forepart of hydrocarbon with water steam and air to create the first flow of synthetic gas having temperature of 650 to 1050°C, facility for delivering the first flow of synthetic gas to heat exchanger - reformer inlet, facility for passing the second part of hydrocarbon with water steam through catalyst space in heat exchanger - reformer to create the second flow of synthetic gas, facility for relieving the second flow of synthetic gas from catalyst space adjacent to inlet to create combined mixture of synthetic gas with the first flow of synthetic gas, facility for passing the combined mixture at the other side of catalyst which provides indirect heat exchange for combined mixture cooling and catalyst space heating, facility for cooled combined mixture collecting from heat exchanger - reformer outlet, facility for shift-converting the combined mixture to create gas flow enriched with carbon dioxide and having low concentration of carbon monoxide, and facility for separation of gas flow enriched with carbon dioxide to create hydrogen-poor combined gas flow containing nitrogen and dioxide and hydrogen-rich flow. Produced flow enriched with hydrogen is used in fuel cell to generate electric current and also in hydrofining method.
