FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: highly-dispersive stable siliceous sol with aggregated particles, BET-surface more or equal 100 m2/g and with guanidine ion content from 0.05 to 15% weight, is obtained by method of interaction at temperature between 50°C and 100°C, of fresh sol with guanidine carbonate, preferably, in presence of base. Process is carried out in multistage cascade reactor. Concentrating is carried out by evaporation of solvent or ultrafiltration.
EFFECT: obtaining stable siliceous sol with desirable BET-surface.
