SUBSTANCE: description is given to unpigmented water ink containing in % of the ink composition weight: 50.0-85.0 - water; 7.0-35.0 - alcohol C1-C6, propylene glycol or their mixture; 0.5-15.0 - solvated food colourant; 2.0-40 - binding; and 0.1-15.0 - adhesive agent based on dextrine or gum. The ink contains hydrolysable polysaccharide adhesive agent improving ink compatibility with hydrophobic surfaces.
EFFECT: producing images with high resolution on food substrates.
