SUBSTANCE: invention refers to washing machine and method of regulation of water level in the washing machine in accordance with which supply of necessary quantity of water depending on the amount of washing is provided. The washing machine contains a rotating drum without holes. According to the method of control of water level, water is given between the watertank and the rotating drum, the supplied water is introduced into the rotating drum, the supplied water is discharged from the rotating drum, and the level of the remaining in the tank water is measured. Then they compare the measured water level with the set water level, and if the measured water level is lower than the set water level, additional water is given between the watertank and the rotating drum till the measured water level reached the set water level. The washing machine contains a circulatory device for water supply from the tank to the rotating drum.

EFFECT: provision of necessary quantity of water supply by means of setting the number of additional water supplies according to the amount of washing.
