FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for well boring with implementation of roller-cutter bit. Device incorporates roller-cutter bit with rest, bottom drill collar tube, rest unloading unit in kind of wash over plate forming friction pairs with reverse cones of roller-cutters, and unit of forced circulation running of roller-cutters installed inside the bottom drill collar tube and made in form of a shaft. The shaft is connected to drive and the wash over plate. Each roller cutter is made in form of at least two independent rotating elements; central and peripheral. The central element of the roller cutter is made with a reverse cone to form the friction pair with the wash over plate and is fixed from the axial travel with a latching unit in form of a ball bearing composed of alternating balls of bigger and smaller diameter. The balls of smaller diameter are coated with a rubber coat till they reach the size of balls of bigger diameter. In the second version the rests are made of rolling bodies of the same diameter, part of which is made hollow and fabricated out of tensile material, while the other part is made out of solid rolling bodies. The hollow rolling bodies have radial channels and are partially filled with lubricating material, graphite powder, for instance.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption at rock destructing and accelerated driving and mechanical rate of boring.
