FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for well boring. Device incorporates roller cutter bit with rest and lock joint, bottom drill collar tube, rest unloading unit in kind of wash over plate with circular flange forming friction pairs with reverse cones of roller-cutters, and a unit of forced circulation running of roller-cutters installed inside the bottom drill collar tube and made in form of an axial turbine. A shaft of the turbine is connected with the wash over plate. Each roller cutter is made in form of at least two independent rotating elements: central and peripheral. The central element of the roller cutter is fixed from the axial travel with a latching unit. The rest of the peripheral element is made as a rolling bearing composed of rolling bodies of various diameters. Part of rolling bodies of smaller diameter is made with rubber coats the exterior diameters of which in initial position correspond to the exterior diameters of rolling bodies of bigger diameters. In the second version the rest of the peripheral element is made of rolling bodies of the same diameter, part of which is made hollow out of tensile material. Hollow rolling bodies have radial channels and are partially filled with lubricating material, for example, with powder graphite.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption at rock destruction and also accelerated driving and mechanical rate of boring.
