FIELD: construction, pipeline.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to pipeline transport and is employed in repair of pipelines. A draught is fixed on the back part of the device, locking group, containing driven blocking mechanism and detachable telecamera. A capacity with quickly consolidating material is fixed to the hull. There are windows and a set pipe plug in the front part of the capacity. A tubular flexible element, edges whereof are sealed against the capacity is installed on the front part of the external surface of the capacity. A sealed pusher moving along the capacity is installed in the back part of the capacity. Tubular flexible element is arranged on both sides from the center of the inlet opening of the lateral pipe. Section shape of the capacity repeats that of the pipeline section. The pusher moving pushes quickly consolidating material out into the space between the external lateral surface of the capacity and internal surface of the tubular flexible element, which is pressed to the internal surface of the pipeline and insures insertion of quickly consolidating material into the lateral pipe.
