SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for electrochemical processing of a helical toothed profile in the hole of a tubular billet for the manufacture of stators with a uniform thickness of the elastomer lining used in screw gerotor hydraulic engines for oil drilling. The invention makes it possible to increase processing accuracy by improving the heat sink, creating additional turbulence and increasing the efficiency of entrainment and cleaning of metal sludge from the interelectrode gap by the electrolyte flow to prevent short circuits.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the speed of electrochemical processing of a helical toothed profile in the hole of a tubular billet, reducing electricity consumption.
