FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: combustion chamber consists of coaxial external and internal casings, diffuser at the inlet, flame tube in the space between the casings, main and additional fuel systems with separate pneumatic atomisers. Flame tube includes external and internal shells with belts of cross holes. Front grid consists of a hollow annular flame stabiliser of A-shaped section, which faces with its front edge with through holes the diffuser, and radial flame stabilisers located with a gap on its side walls and restricted with shells of flame tube along free ends. Radial stabilisers in cross section are made in the form of wedge profiles with front edges facing the diffuser, and with end areas opposite them which face the flame tube. Fuel systems consist of two headers located in annular flame stabiliser cavity. Main fuel atomisers face the side walls of annular stabiliser before the front grid. Additional fuel atomisers face the flame tube outlet. At the outlet of all atomisers there installed are pneumatic branch pipes which are interconnected with their inlets to annular stabiliser cavity. Each branch pipe of atomiser of additional fuel system is provided, at the outlet, with a partition installed at an angle to its longitudinal axis, and forms with the wall of the latter a slot nozzle located tangentially relative to longitudinal axis of annular stabiliser.
EFFECT: invention allows shortening the combustion chamber length, obtaining the specified temperature field at the combustion chamber outlet, and reducing smoke level and emission of hazardous substances.
