FIELD: fuel combustion devices.
SUBSTANCE: front-mounted combustion chamber device contains a front plate of the flame tube and fuel-air modules, each of which contains a pilot and main circuit with coaxially located inner, middle and outer air channels and a cooling channel formed by respective walls and a ring screen. Cooling channel is communicated with the internal air passage by means of through-holes formed in the outer wall of the internal air channel at a location adjacent to the end of the outer wall of the inner channel. Axes of the holes are in the range from 0 to 90° relative to the axis of the module. Outer and inner walls of the outer channel and the end portion of the annular screen are deployed outwardly relative to the axis of the module. Front device is equipped with a heat shield that forms an air gap with the front plate, which is communicated with the combustion tube of the combustion chamber by means of through channels made in a heat shield near the outer wall of the common external channel.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing the temperature of the combustion products by intensifying the processes of premixing the fuel with air in the main combustion zone and mixing of combustion products with air in the pilot combustion zone, which allows to solve the problem of reducing the emission of nitrogen oxides NOx.
