FIELD: heating systems, air handling.

SUBSTANCE: device is intended for air cleaning, and namely for removing microparticles and microorganisms, and can be used for cleaning the recycle air, for example, at railway stations. Device is made in the form of a two-tier casing. On the first tier, subsequently in air flow direction, there arranged is an air pre-filtration compartment with two filters used to remove dust and bacterial aerosol, and ultraviolet irradiation compartment. The latter is equipped with xenon lamps and reflection shields. Xenon lamps are installed transversally relative to air flow and are directed normal to each other. On the second tier there located is a forced-draft compartment with a fan and an adsorption compartment with adsorber in order to remove sulphurated hydrogen and ammonia, and adsorber to remove carbon oxide and nitrogen dioxide. Upper and lower tiers are combined into a compartment which is intended for removing damaged microorganisms and equipped with frame filters. Forced-draft compartment is equipped with a means used for decreasing the vibration and provided with sound-absorbing material. Device is equipped with air-distributing grids.

EFFECT: improving the degree of bactericidal air cleaning and the handling process speed in general.
