FIELD: physics, measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measurement technology and can be used for testing consumer gas and water counters in service. Portable verifier of consumer gas and water counters contains jet active oscillator with restriction of variable cross-section. Verifier measures consumption rate within 0.5% to 100%. Error in consumption measurement point does not exceed 0.5%.
EFFECT: design of portable verifier of consumer gas and water counters with required measurement ranges and measurement error.
