FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: jet flow metre (JFM) consists of measuring pipeline 14, 15 equipped with flanges and converging device in form of diaphragm 2. Chambers of high and low pressure of the pipeline are connected with jet auto-generator (JAG) 7. Further, the jet flow metre consists of piezo-electric converter of pressure 6 with three armatures, two of which face a jet coming out of JAG 7, while the third one is common. The jet flow metre includes electron unit 11 consisting of a differential amplifier, of a signal shaper unit, of a secondary signal converter and of indicator of volume flow rate 12. Dampers in form of leaves are introduced into corresponding units of the JFM. Ratio of damper thickness and of each of walls of the device is from 1 to 10. To provide protection from penetration of co-phased electric and electro-magnetic interference high-ohm input circuits with the differential amplifier are arranged in an additional shielding screen and are isolated from local grounding. At assembly of the JFM units are electrically connected with an anti-vibration cable. Connecting wires are secured on internal surface of units with foam-compound or liquid pads of 0.2-0.25 mm thickness. The flow metre is subjected to accelerated three-stage ageing at specified temperature and time intervals for temperature stabilisation of diameters of the measuring pipeline and jet device.

EFFECT: upgraded accuracy of measurement of volumetric flow rate.
