FIELD: physics, measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measurement technology. Thermometer contains pulse power supply generator serially connected to laser emitter, receiving optical laser emission system serially connected to second radiation detector, amplifying converter and data processing unit, containing two code translators with inputs connected to proper analog-to-digital converters, measurement recording system with first data input connected to output of first code translator, and second data input connected to output of second analog-to-digital converter. Data outputs of recording system are connected to display window and interface unit RS-232, and control board with one signal output connected to driving inputs of pulse power supply generator and to driving input of recording system and second signal output connected to driving input of second code translator.

EFFECT: available automatic accounting of variation of emitting properties of controlled object and higher reliability of estimation of surface small region state within great time intervals by two parameters: temperature and reflection coefficient.
