FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medical equipment. Device contains laser emitters with wavelengths of 450 and 1,064 nm, an LED with a wavelength of 365 nm and a broadband radiation source with a wavelength range of 360–2,400 nm. Optical-electronic system for recording the signals of laser Doppler flowmetry is made in the form of two identical channels for recording the Doppler signal, each of which includes a series-connected photodetector, a current-voltage converter, an amplifier, an analog-to-digital converter. In turn, the opto-electronic system for recording fluorescence spectra and diffuse reflection spectra contains a polychromator, built on a symmetric crossed scheme of Czerny-Turner with a plane diffraction grating and a CCD sensor (charge-coupled device sensor), an amplifier, an analog to digital converter. Device contains an additional temperature effect channel, built on a Peltier element, with a corresponding control unit that allows to change the polarity of the supply voltage. Receiving fiber-optic lines going to the polychromator and photodiodes are assembled into a bundle with a branched instrument part and a single working part with a common tip that directly mates with the Peltier block.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the accuracy and reliability of the complex diagnosis of microcirculatory-tissue disorders of human bio-tissues.
