FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to systems of computer-aided monitoring of technical condition of buildings and constructions and may be employed for detection of dangerous for operation condition of constructions and danger alerting of residing therein people. The device contains a source of beam-radiation, rigidly fixed to one of the elements of the building construction by an arm, system of light cells and a fixed bearing for their installation on another element, block equipment connected with the system of light cells containing conversion device and an alarm, connecting wires. Whereat beam-radiation source is arranged on the structure elements of large-scale buildings (construction) subject to the greatest deformations at bearing capacity decrease, while the system of light sells is arranged on the footing or rigid members of the construction so that, beam from the radiator gets to the point corresponding to original indicating base in the system of beam light cells. The device may as well contain beam-radiation source to be set on the footing or rigid members of the structure, light cells systems, arranged in the same place, mirror, rigidly connected with construction element subject to the greatest deformations at decrease of the bearing capacity of the building, set so that reflected by the mirror beam of the radiator gets to the point corresponding to the indicating base in the system of light cells, block equipment connected with light cells system containing conversion device and alarm, connecting wires.

EFFECT: higher probability of timely detection of dangerous for the operation condition of buildings.
