SUBSTANCE: invention is related to fibre-optic equipment. Commuter additionally contains the second anisotropic double-coordinate acoustooptical deflector, two interference devices for polarisation vector separation and summation of radiation, based on Brewster effect, and two rotary prisms of complete internal reflection. Application of interference devices makes it possible to split radiation with random polarisation into two bundles with fixed orientation of polarisation plane, to independently spatially convert radiations in optimal mode of operation of two-coordinate acoustooptical deflectors and then to sum up optical bundles at the end of receiving fibre. Besides, device differs by simplicity of manufacture since controlled device of polarization plane turn device is excluded from design.

EFFECT: creation of device that has higher information throughput capacity since dynamic losses related to time for compensation of accidental changes of polarisation plane turn angle.
