FIELD: physics; navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of instrument-making and may be used for electronic stabilisation of marine RLS coverage area. Input information accepted to stabilisation of RLS coverage area is data from system of inertial navigation and stabilisation, and also from RLS. At that antenna system forms narrow beam and provides its electronic scanning in elevation plane. Corrected beam tilt angle is determined in mobile (connected to vessel) coordinates system. Beam is selected, which is nearest by excess to obtained εk - "lower" beam. Afterwards beams are selected according to scanning program with account of "lower" angle. In the end value of beam tilt angle and observed bearing are recounted from mobile system of coordinates into fixed system of coordinates.
EFFECT: higher accuracy.
