FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: potato cleanser incorporates a vertical casing with a cylindrical working chamber, its inner walls being coated with abrasive material. A working member and discharge hole are arranged at the casing bottom, the said working member representing a truncated cone with flexible blades fitted on the cone generating line and along spiral line. Flexible guides are fixed inside the said cylindrical chamber at the level of the last blade of aforesaid working member to interact with the working member upper blade. Note that aforesaid blades are coated with abrasive material.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency.
