FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in vegetables and root crops clearing of peel. Proposed device comprises frame and bin for loading of fruits, on walls of which there are brushes with same length of wires. Brushes length is equal to 0.8 mm. Brushes in adjacent rows are displaced relative to each other for 7…8 mm. In centre of bin there is rotating disc, on which there is additional brush. This brush is made in form of cone, with help of which additional thorough cleaning is conducted. On side wall of bin there is belt transmission coupled with motor, by means of which torque from electric motor is transmitted on rotating disc with conical brush. On upper wall of bin there is nozzle with valve for water supply. At bin bottom there is drain neck with rubber pipeline for water drain with peel particles.
EFFECT: higher quality of cleaning of vegetables and root crops.
