FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design pneumatic mixers and pneumatic transporters of loose materials and can be used in feed mill, food, chemical, construction and other industries. Device consists of vertical cylindrical housing with conical bottom, circulation pipe located at height of mixer housing screens in form of inverted truncated cones secured thereto to mixer extended part and forming a gap between lower edges of cones and circulation pipe, branch pipes for loading and unloading of loose materials, mixer is equipped with a nozzle installed in lower part of bottom coaxially with circulation pipe, pipe screens in form of truncated cones attached to circulation pipe tapered part, forming a gap between lower edge of screen and mixer, alternating with structural screens. At that, under screens is arranged as cone-cylindrical separation cap attached upper extended conical part to housing of mixer, and lower cylindrical part is made with a gap relative to circulation pipe, under separation cap there is a gas outlet connection pipe. Device is equipped with pneumatic transporter consisting of a cyclone with filter located inside, separating cyclone on ventilation chamber with a fan and settling chamber connected coaxially with loading branch pipe of the mixer body in the lower part and tangential in upper part with suction pipeline, in which flow switch is installed. Intake device is located at beginning of suction pipeline, and ventilation chamber is connected to gas flow pipeline with flow switches, wherein gas flow pipeline is connected with mixer discharge branch pipe, at end of discharge pipe there is a gate. To conical bottom of mixer housing is additionally attached weighing device, and in lower part of circulation pipe rigidly connected with conical bottom of mixer housing there are slots for input of loose materials, and similar slots are made on rotary pipe housing arranged coaxially with circulation pipe. Guide screen located in upper part of mixer housing has a hyperbolic shape at circulation pipe and conical on side of loading branch pipe with a gate, which is located above upper part of mixer housing, connecting mixer with pneumatic transporter. At end of gas outlet connection pipe there is a shut-off valve. Cyclone filter is made in form of a flat mesh partition with cylindrical ledge in its central part, directed towards settling chamber, cylindrical part of projection is a thin-wall pipe without holes, and lower end part of projection is made of mesh. Flow switches are oval-shaped plates hinged on walls of pipelines at their branches.
EFFECT: technical result is simple device design, reduced power consumption for transportation and mixing, improved quality of prepared mixture of loose materials.
