SUBSTANCE: allocate median nerve and its branches, innervating pronators of forearm and flexor muscles of arm and fingers. Part these branches on extent between the median nerve and places of occurrence of branches in corresponding muscles on separate fascicles. Test each fascicle by means of an electrical stimulation with the synchronous analysis of electric activity of pronators of a forearm and flexor muscles of the arm and fingers. Cross the fascicles which stimulation causes hyperactive pathological type of electric activity of pronators of forearm and flexor muscles of the arm and fingers.
EFFECT: improvement of function of upper limb, reduction of risk of relapse of contracture.
