SUBSTANCE: method lies in performance of cuts in projection of malleolar, tibial-popliteal channels, excising of tissues of fascias, tendons and their vaginas. Thus the cuts on anterior surface of anticnemion are made perpendicularly line bridging lateral and medial malleolus, allocate from surrounding tissues and consistently exsect tendons of forward tibial muscle, long extensor of fingers and tendon of long extensor of the first finger. Then make a cut in parallel to the first, beginning immediately over medial malleolus, allocate and exsect tendons of back group - back tibial muscle, long flexor of the first finger and long flexor of fingers. After that make a parallel cut over the lateral malleolus, exsect the tendon of a long peroneal muscle and short peroneal muscle.

EFFECT: increase of treatment efficiency, creation of outflow tract of toxic liquid, promoting improvement of regional hemodynamic of foot and anticnemion, improvement microcirculation to reduce intoxication.
