FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: enter probe into esophagus. Device for visualisation of borders of tumour is fixed on the probe extremity. Fan the device using liquid before tumour detection. Dissect esophagus walls over a tumour from mucous an esophagus. Enucleate the tumour. Take in defect. Thus the device is executed in the form of a cuff in width of 7 cm, in the length of 8 cm. At cuff inflating its diameter makes 4 cm. The wire thread is placed on all area of the cuff, between its anterior and posterior walls through each 0.5 cm. In the cuff centre is executed the aperture 2-4 cm in diameter.
EFFECT: method is simple, provides reduction of traumatic effects of interventions at expense of exception of thoracoscopic manipulations, damage of muscular wall of esophagus, excludes punching of esophagus at the expense of reliable bracing of tumour.
