Introduction of solution is carried out at least in two points with a needle, which is inserted through the adventitious and muscular coats of esophagus without affecting the mucous layer. Then perform anterior esophagocardiomyotomy of the esophagus spasm area. Form fundoplication cuff. Then form posterior partial half-cuff. Perform posterior cruroraphia along the esophagus diameter.
EFFECT: method reduces the risk of intraoperative and postoperative complications, number of disease relapses, length of the patient's stay in the hospital due to the hydropreparation of theesophagus submucosal layerlaparoscopically without affecting the mucous layer.
