SUBSTANCE: in one method, the tilorone is enterd under the scheme: 1st day - 0.250 g, 2nd day - 0.125 g and further in three days on 0.125 g within 5 weeks. In three months enter tilorone on 0.125 g every third day 10 more times irrespective of clinical implications. In other way in addition with the treatment specified above simultaneously locally apply compresses with a sorbent, perphtorane and mineral water in the ratio 1:1:2-3.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of treatment at the expense of normalisation clinico-immunologic indicators, improvement of microbiocenosis of integuments.
