FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for ore reduction for further extraction of usable components by dry method. Method involves feeding of source granular material into receiving chambers of gas injectors to form at least two gas jets containing source material particles directed towards each other in milling chamber. Fine-dispersed material particles obtained by jet collision are fed in gas flow to classifying screen where particles are separated by weight in upcoming gas flow, so that lighter particles leave classifying screen in the gas flow and are further collected on collector system, while heavier particles return to receiving chambers of injectors under effect of gravity and proceed to the mill chamber for re-reduction. Calibrated quantity of source material is loaded into the mill, and source material feed is interrupted for a while. Gas flow velocity in the mill is adjusted so as to remove source material particles with smallest specific weight from classifying screen by the gas flow, and to maintain circulation of material particles with larger specific weight between classifying screen and mill, until all material particles with smaller specific weight obtained by reduction are removed from classifying screen into collector system. After that reduction process is halted, and material concentrate with larger specific weight is unloaded from the mill.
EFFECT: enhanced output of usable ore components.
