FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns treatment devices for removal of fluid from surface of catalysts already used in chemical reactions. Vortex tube includes nozzle feeding compressed air in tangent line, aperture with central hole, positioned inside the tube at the nozzle end, and adjustable annular slit at the other tube end. Compressed air feed nozzle also includes catalyst feed injector, hose filter for catalyst separation is mounted at the outlet of adjustable annular slit, and size of annular slit conducting catalyst is larger than maximum linear dimensions of catalyst.
EFFECT: simple device for fluid removal from catalysts at lower power cost.
