FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, in particular to medicinal agents from herbal raw material and concerns complex treatment fresh fruits of hawthorn Crataegus submollis Sarg. (fam. Rosaceae). Fresh hawthorn fresh fruits are milled without disturbing the integrity of the pits and pressing the juice, wherein ethyl alcohol is added in amount of 25 % of its weight; obtained mixture is settled for three days at temperature of 8–10 °C and by filtration pectins are separated from juice; extraction cake produced after pressing is dried and used for production of liquid extract by means of fractional infusion with the help of ethyl alcohol of 70 % concentration in ratio of raw material: extractant – 1:1, using heating to boiling temperature during 5 minutes at last stage of liquid extract infusion.
EFFECT: invention allows to simultaneously produce three diverse drug preparations – juice, pectin and liquid extract, in which higher content of flavonoids in comparison with "Crataegi tinctura" tincture is achieved.
