FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides increase of oil recovery coefficient in oil pools that have common hydrodynamic basin. According to method, working substance is pumped via pumping wells, and produce is withdrawn via producing wells. Pool is determined with largest area of water-oil contact mirror. Working substance is pumped under pool with largest area of water-oil contact mirror. Produce is sampled via producing wells drilled into oil parts of pools. Intensity of pumping and sampling is used to adjust difference of water-oil contact levels in pools so that it does not exceed 10 m. Works related to reduction of production rates and speed of water-oil contact raise are done preferably in turns at both pools, increasing level of water-oil contact in turns at different pools.
EFFECT: increase of oil recovery coefficient for oil pools with common hydrodynamic basin.
