FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to coupling of flexible hoses. Quick connect coupling comprises spring clamp, jointing unit, internal annular groove for support of spring fixator, front cylinder, back cylinder, the first transition inclined plane and determinative maximum size of jointing unit. Coupling includes sealing element. Additionally, coupling has tail piece with inserted coupling part that comprises front annular sealing groove for installation of sealing element, annular inlet surface, guiding support cylindrical surface, subsequent support cylindrical surface, curvilinear inclined plane. Jointing unit has intermediate cylinder between front and back cylinders, and also the second transition inclined plane between front cylinder and intermediate cylinder. Inserted coupling part has centering inclined plane and intermediate support cylindrical surface between support cylindrical surface and subsequent support cylindrical surface. Methods are described for installation of coupled elements.
EFFECT: making quick connect coupling of flexible hoses.
