FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the superficial element for indoor air conditioning, in particular for cooling indoor air. The superficial element contains an air-directing chamber and active ceiling panel furnished with microapertures. The air directing chamber has a top side, several lateral walls, at least, one aperture for air intake and, at least, one aperture for air release. The active ceiling panel closes the air directing chamber from its open bottom side. The top side of the air directing chamber is made in such a manner that it has at least one deflector with at least one air directing edge. Also the invention is related to the device for indoor air conditioning, contains a set of superficial elements air-tightly connected among themselves.
EFFECT: creation of laminar pressure air stream produced by superficial element.
