FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: air distributor consists of a box, perforated panels, a U-shaped insert, wherein a rectangular box with an unclosed cross-sectional profile is formed with grooves at the edges of side walls along their entire length in which the front panels are mounted. Front panels consist of a frame made of U-shaped profiles, between the shelves of which U-shaped elements are mounted. The crossbeams of these elements are perforated. One shelf is straight and shorter than the other for the size of its cross section, which is formed with a bend to the outside, the size of the bend is in the range of the size of the cross-sectional area of shelf to the distance between the shelves. The height of U-shaped elements h is related to the height of box H by the ratio from h = 0.01H to h = 0.9H. U-shaped elements are installed without a gap between each other so that the straight shelf is supported by the bend, and the perforated beam is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the box, one end of the box is provided with a plug, and at the opposite end there is a connecting flange. The front panel is flush with the edges of the box side walls.
EFFECT: increase the uniformity of supplied inlet air flow.
