FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for heating and can be used in heat-process engineering. The convector contains a casing which incorporates a tubular heater with a supply and discharge site of a bent pipe whereon heat exchange elements of the heater are fixed. The convector further contains a thermoregulating valve and demountable adjusting head connected therewith. The thermoregulating valve case is connected with the pipe supply and discharge sites. The axis the thermoregulating valve case working cavity is arranged along or transverse to the casing longitudinal axis. The adjusting head is located in a wall deepening made around an aperture, both the deepening and the aperture being made either in lateral or in front wall of the casing. The thermoregulating valve case is made of steel and rigidly connected by welding either to the parts of the pipe supply site or to the pipe supply and discharge sites in such a manner that it forms with said pipe sites an integral non-detachable pipe construction formed either by, at least, two parts of the pipe supply site and the pipe discharge site or by the pipe supply and discharge sites interconnected by the thermoregulating valve case.
EFFECT: simplified design of convector, improved compactibility and reliability.
