FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in designing radio frequency identification systems. RFID-tag for identification systems based on surface acoustic waves has an acoustic line with it in one acoustic channel input interdigital transducer and coding interdigital transducer electrically connected with interdigital transducers antenna, electric connection of input interdigital transducer with an antenna is galvanic and electric connection of encoder interdigital transducer with an antenna is performed by means of non-reciprocal device, for example, in form of Y-circulators, first output of which is connected to connecting bus second output-to antenna and simultaneously to input interdigital transducer, and third output - to ballast load.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of losses and reduction of "parasitic" feedback owing to separation in time of receiving and transmitting pulse code sequence.
